Over the years, the Partners have built a cohesive yet flexible working team, creating a friendly working environment. In BBC Professionals (Formerly Balogun Badejo & Co.), we are a family.
We have been necessarily selective in the recruitment of staff who on employment have quickly developed a high sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity. Staff are given responsibility at an early stage and that is why we are besieged by a flood of applications from all quarters.
Our growth has been due to the high standards of technical expertise we have set for ourselves. Annually, we invest our time in researching into the best modern practice in this highly competitive world, updating our staff through regular technical circulars and formal training. All these qualities have made us one of the fastest growing accounting firms in Nigeria.
