City Secretaries Limited (CSL), the company secretarial services arm, operates as Company Secretaries, Managers, Registrars, Trustees & Administrators having been in practice since 9 November, 1971.

Members of the Board are:

The current chairman of the board is Mr. B A FABUNMI. He qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1968 after which he worked with Swempdex Limited, London as Assistant Company Secretary and later with H.M Inspectors of Taxes, also in London for many years before returning to the country in 1978. He had worked with City Secretaries Limited and he is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Management

Mr J A Adebanjo, ACIS (London) who has been the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since 1 April 2003, heads the Management team.

The Chief Executive Officer is supported in his daily operations by technical staff at varying stages of qualifying as Chartered Secretaries.
